Sarah studied at the International Hotel School where she obtained a Diploma in Hospitality Management specializing in the rooms division department.

Thereafter, Sarah covered operations with the top international hotels for 8 years gaining experience in customer service as a Front Office Manager, Food and Beverage Manager and in the Rooms Division dealing with FIT, corporate, leisure, and small group bookings.

Sarah joined Nox in 2021 in the Reservations Team and looks after all of our guests who book direct with us. With Sarah's exceptional customer care background, our guests are in good hands.

In her free time, Sarah enjoys experimenting in the kitchen and creating new dishes. She loves spending time with friends and family, especially her daughter. Sarah also has a new found passion for running - you'll find her along the Sea Point promenade a few times during the week.
