Sam, born and bred in Cape Town, joined the Nox family in 2014, in the maintenance division. 

With 7 years of maintenance and construction experience behind her, it was a fantastic "fit". She then went on to head up the product team, where she thoroughly enjoyed the upgrading and improvement projects across the portfolio. She says that it gives her great satisfaction and joy to see the progress and outcome of the projects. Sam then transitioned to a PRO role ensuring that our properties are carefully managed and partners receive the best possible service. Now, Sam is ensures all new properties that join the Nox portfolio are prepared thoughtfully and fully before welcoming guests. When she's not working - Sam enjoys being outdoors in our beautiful city, camping and spending time with her 'furkids'.
