Everything started wrong tbh. I confirmed 3 times a check-in at 14:00 even the day prior, they said it's noted. The day of my check-in I waited 40 minutes in the lobby to get access to the unit. Nobody was answering. The communication is awful, it's a company that communicates via a Chatbot, not a real human. It's almost impossible to get someone to solve problems. Thankfully Pete, the person managing the units in the building was available to help. There was hair everywhere in the unit when I did my check-in, after 2-3 days I also discovered bed bugs. I simply can't express how frustrated I was with the overall experience. It was supposed to be a relaxed last days in Cape Town before going back home. They did 2 fumigations on 2 separate days after my insisting about the lack of cleanliness of the unit. The walls are also very thin so you can hear the people next door talking from the bedroom. On the positive side, I might say that it's well equipped and situated that's all.

Apartment is very tastefully decorated , extremely secure and despite being so close proximity to other units , noise is completely blocked out. Unit had all the amenities you needed and housekeeping an additional bonus although I didn’t really use it but really a stunning apartment.

The actual apartment is very nice and I’m sure would be cosy. The issue was the apartment hadn’t been cleaned between the last guests & myself just tidied up. There were crumbs left all over the kitchen counter, dirt & rubbish from the floor was swept into a corner and not picked up, the bedding had hair & eye lashes on it with some sort of red stain. I was very understanding to the issues happening and they ensured me they’d send a cleaner round to sort it all. I stayed out an additional 4 hours to come back and no one had been round. The only offer was to wipe the surfaces but the facilities manager didn’t have a key to the cupboard that had the cleaning products so couldn’t actually clean anything. I spoke with the facility managers manager Paul who informed me they didn’t have any extra bedding as it was at the dry cleaners so asked if I could stay in the bed the first night and they would send a cleaner around the following day. Unhygienic & unacceptable.
