This villa features four spacious bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, ensuring comfort and privacy. The master suite boasts sea views, while the second bedroom enjoys garden and mountain views. The third and fourth bedrooms both offer sea views, with the third featuring a double bed and the fourth a queen bed, both with en-suite showers. A cottage, accessed through the garden, provides additional space with two interleading bedrooms, ideal for families or guests seeking extra privacy.

The villa's open-plan living and dining areas are perfect for entertaining, with a 12-seater dining table and lounge seating. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, including an induction cooker, Nespresso machine, and dishwasher. Outside, the swimming pool, sun loungers, and alfresco dining area create an ideal space for relaxation. With off-street parking, a Weber grill, and an alarm system, Villa Serein offers both peace of mind and a memorable holiday experience.

Sehr gute Unterkunft, freundlicher Empfang und reibungslose Abwicklung. Absolut gute Unterkunft, einzig die Handtücher wurden nicht gewechselt. Die Haushälterin war äußerst freundlich. Zudem konnten wir aufgrund des anstehenden Abendflugs die Koffer bis 13:30 Uhr statt 10 Uhr in der Villa parken. Empfehlung!

This home was amazing. It had everything me and my friends needed to feel right at home during our stay in Cape Town. I consider the Nox company family now. If there were issues they had the solutions. I would highly recommend this home to anyone staying in the Camps Bay Area especially if it is represented by the Nox. Hopefully one of Nox properties are available next time me and friends visit. Thanks again for hosting us.

Amazing stay!!!!
this is truly one of kind property in camps bay, very close to the beach and other shops. the views from the front of the house were amazing. The cleaner was so lovely, she went above and beyond for me and my friends.
This property would benefit from solar panels or backup generator during load shedding

Ein wunderbarer Ort in Camps Bay um sich zu erholen
Ein schönes Haus mit 4 Zimmer für 8 Personen mitten in Camps Bay, trotzdem ruhig gelegen und doch in 5 Minuten Gehweg an der Beach wo mann essen und auch einkaufen kann. Das Haus ist sauber mit einem tollen täglichen Reinigungsservice. Die Uebergabe mit den Schlüssel hat tipptopp geklappt, am Anfang wie auch am Ende. Ich würde jederzeit wieder hin gehen.

The house needs a serious upgrade- painting and deep cleaning to justify the cost. The infrastructure of the house is good. Nox rentals did not mention that it was required to notify the agency 30 min prior to the check-in. In addition, the pool should have been cleaned prior to our arrival. We were disappointed and shall not return to villa Xinta.

The villa is so close to the beach, with great sea views from most rooms in house. Very clean and friendly housekeepers. It is so well furnished and suitable for big family with kids too

A fantastic villa in a fantastic location within easy reach of everything Camps Bay had to offer.

Friendly cleaner and hosts and were always on hand to answer questions and sort any issues.
