Любимый район в Кейптауне, останавливаемся здесь во второй раз. Но до этого жили в другом корпусе, более новом. Самый безопасный жилой комплекс, хорошо охраняемый. Рядом рестораны, магазины, Waterfront. Свой паркинг, маленький бассейн, хороший WiFi. Номер просторный на двоих человек. Есть все необходимая бытовая техника, большая терраса. При заезде нам оставили воду, чай, кофе - очень приятно. Для готовки есть всё необходимое, посуда, соль, перец, масло. Уборка включена.

We had a fantastic time staying here. Hopefully will be back. We loved how close to the V and A waterfront it was and how safe we felt in the property. It was beautifully decorated in a modern style. Washing machine and tumble dryer were very useful.

We have had a fantastic stay in Cape Town and the accommodation was all we expected it to be. The fact that it was close to the V and A waterfront. We also felt very safe being that close and that it was gated. The property was lovely and modern and the decor was nice. The washing machine and tumble dryer were very useful. We made use of the gym and pools on site. Bed super comfortable.

Lovely, well furnished apartment within easy walking distance of many good quality shops, food stores and restaurants. Wonderful location within easy walking distance of the Waterfront with its many shops and restaurants. The apartment was very clean, spacious and comfortable with a good sized balcony. All very well furnished and with modern appliances. Extremely secure (but friendly) front office so remember to complete your passport details for them before you arrive to facilitate your check in process!

Highly recommended. What a beautiful setting in walking distance to the V&A Waterfront.
The staff from Nox was extremely helpful, professional and friendly.
The apartment was beautiful and well equipt. Some areas could do with some repairs and touch ups, but nothing major.
Would love to stay here again one day.
Also would like to mention the friendly and welcoming security staff looking after the complex. Thanx to everyone involved in making our stay memorable.

The area and easy access to all amenities
It is not cared for properly. In the kitchen. The utensils are short, there was only one fork and one whisky glass. The kitchen didn’t give me comfort that it was cleaned properly. The lounge was okay, only one TV channel that is working. The couch had a bit of an odour. There is backflow from the bathroom which makes the entire apartment smell, we had to keep the doors open. There were no towels for us, instead Elizabeth arrived the day after and drop the laundry pack on the entrance floor. We had to see for ourselves that we unpack them. It made me question if this place is serviced/cleaned daily. The water is the shower has a very low pressure. That is not water saving because you tend to bath for longer if water comes out low. If the bedroom could also get a lace curtain for privacy while getting dressed. Overall, very disappointed with 201 Gulmarn and Nox rentals and not attending to my one request for an extra fork. I will be sticking to other rental agencies in the area.

Beautiful apartment in the Waterfront Marina. Check-in was easy and host was friendly and helpful. The apartment is in a security estate with a beautiful canal and gardens. Easy walk to the Waterfront shopping complex and great restaurants. The apartment is clean with very nice furniture. I recommend this accommodation for a visit to the Cape Town city center.

The apartment was indeed upmarket, fully kitted out, right on the canal, and truly gorgeous. The location is literally perfect, and check in access was much smoother than I expected thanks to Peter from Nox. Load shedding leaves you with a couple of lamps and nothing else. Hotels have load shedding cover, much easier access, and numerous conveniences such as bars, roof deck, restaurants, breakfast, and NO HIDDEN fees. For this reason we will not return.
1) The price is NOT what is advertised! We were required to place a R10k security deposit on our card, PLUS a R450 non refundable fee for that pleasure. ELSE a R750 non refundable fee. Seriously...R10k blocked for a full month! It was simply a mechanism to force more money out of us, AFTER the NON REFUNDABLE booking was finalised.
2) I have never in my life filled out so many forms to enter a property. I have stayed at the high security Burj Al Arab in Dubai, and did not go through anything like this, despite paying R30k/night AFTER the stay. This place uses SuperHog to collect the security incl a load of forms, then they use Nox rentals for a series of other forms required to enter the marina area. All insist on ID numbers, telephone numbers, and loads of other ID theft data that Nox are storing on Google forms! It was insane! At every stage you are warned that if this is not done in time, you will not be allowed access. This HAS to cover a slew of POPIA violations.
3) Do NOT plan on having a party there. We were a couple, but had we gone with some friends, I am confident we would have been thrown out. In my mind an apartment is supposed to offer a home-from-home vibe, and hotels are more controlled. This place is more like a retirement village where one is surrounded by Karens policing the residents. Worked for us this time, but just warning others who may think an apartment has more to offer.

Location is stellar, apartment is very comfortable, furniture and fittings very well thought out.
Dan was absolutely on the ball all the time, so had a really good experience.
Nothing really, unrelated to the apartment there was loadshedding. As a tip perhaps an inverter may help, which can at least keep the WiFi running during loadshedding.

Great location comfortable . Very secure
On arrival hot water wasn’t on .
TV wasn’t connected to DSTV and I eventually realised the hdmi cable to DSTV box was not connected.
I had paid extra for a late checkout on the last day for around 4.30 pm . But on the last day our entry card to the Residence area was disabled at 12 noon. So we had to walk around to the security gate and request them to reactivate the card which they did .

Great stay, clean and comfortable, the location is very convenient
The admin once booked was a nightmare with Nox Rentals (too much admin work, some links didnt work and they repeatedly asked for the same information that had already been provided - also google forms is not the best form for collection of client personal information - very insecure and unsettling ), also didnt like that one has to pay for a baby cot bed (a necessity when traveling with a baby)

The location was great for walking to food, shopping, and activities on the water, such as the Robben Island Tour or catamaran ride. The property was extremely safe with gates, security officers at several entry points. Also, the property management company was extremely helpful and responsive, even went above and beyond to help store our bags for a few hours before our late flight.

The WiFi connection was not great. And although communication is great, there seemed to be so many emails from both Booking.com and the rental property for confirmation, asking for information, deposit info, etc. Also, be sure to read the fine print about the $500 deposit and the $10 processing fee for the deposit to make sure you are comfortable with that.

The condo was modern, clean, and close to the waterfront.

There were scheduled power outages 3 times daily for a total of 6-7 hours each day WITHOUT POWER! We were notified about this one day ahead of our arrival with no options provided to move to another location. Not acceptable!

Terence was a helpful host. The location is close to V&A. So safe & convenient.

The bed is really uncomfortable, sounds broken. There is a no heated air conditioner in the living area. There was a problem with the geyser since the water wasn’t getting hot, check-in day, Terence assisted, check-out day, the geyser was on but there was no hot water, disappointed.

The location is amazing.
The apartment is well kept. The staff are really helpful and friendly.
Great value for money.

The entire complex is non smoking. This means you cannot smoke on the balcony outside. This isn't the owners fault as it is the complex rules, this is still a massive inconvenience to walk to the smoking area at night. This includes vaping.

Beautifully furnished and really good kitchen facilities and equipment including lovely glasses which you don’t often find in self catering accommodation

Surprised that accommodation to this standard wasn’t presented perfectly in terms of bed making (pillows weren’t neat and duvet cover left undone) and presentation of towels in the bathroom looked a bit like they’d been thrown in. Under the bed had not been vacuumed for some time by the looks of things.
All very minor issues and didn’t affect our stay, just surprising when everything else was so good

Had a lovely stay, such a beautiful clean apartment. The view was incredible. However I do wish it stated I couldn’t smoke on the balcony as I couldn’t find the designated area for smoking outside. But other then that I would definitely come back as I enjoyed it even though I couldn’t smoke. Haha Most definitely worth every cent. The hosts thought of every little detail. The check is was fantastic as I was truly accommodated for an early check in.

The supplies in the apartment were incredible, had coffee, milk the lot. Just an incredible overall place and I loved it.

Great location (once you locate the entrance which was not accurate according to Maps) but Nox was not familiar with the security process there which caused a lot of issues trying to bring in guests for planned work meetings (I had approval from Nox 1 week earlier that it would be fine - it wasn’t). The place is lovely but not worth all the additional hassle that comes with registering.

Coffee machine with no coffee. Advised Nox who said they would drop off - never happened. Not a major deal, but why say you would bring if you’re not going to.

Perfect location, very secure. The apartment is very nice, clean and you have everything you need. The flat gets cleaned 2-3 a week. You cross the canal and are at the gym and the swimmingpool which is clean and has a perfect view on the waterfront.

The Apartment was excellent. Unfortunately my stay was not as enjoyable as I would have liked as there were Jackhammers / drills going for most of the day so it wasn’t possible to stay in the apartment and I had to leave. Hopefully next time it can be dealt with swiftly, in which instance I’m sure the stay would have been far more enjoyable. Thank you for having me at your place and I looked after it as if it were my own and it was spotless when I left.

It’s a great apartment inside of a secure complex that offers a lot of services like by and pools. The unit was very clean and well equipped

We had a lovely stay in this beautiful airy apartment. It was very clean and well located. Modern finishes and the kitchen had everything you needed. It was serviced every day which was a nice touch. Although we did not use the pool or the gym it was a nice to have. The patio is large and we loved sitting there till late at night. Loved the sliding doors in the bedroom leading to the patio. We did not want to leave!

Had a lovely stay, such a beautiful clean apartment. The view was incredible. However I do wish it stated I couldn’t smoke on the balcony as I couldn’t find the designated area for smoking outside. But other then that I would definitely come back as I enjoyed it even though I couldn’t smoke. Haha Most definitely worth every cent. The hosts thought of every little detail. The check is was fantastic as I was truly accommodated for an early check in. The supplies in the apartment were incredible, had coffee, milk the lot. Just an incredible overall place and I loved it. Thank you for having Me.
