Really enjoyed our stay here! The apartment was spacious with lots of natural light and lovely views. The private roof terrace was perfect for enjoying the sun. Location is also great, very easy to walk down to Sea Point or get a quick Uber to the waterfront. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful apartment. It is as described and as seen in the pictures. All the facilities work well. Fully equipped kitchen. Secure parking. The host was ready and waiting for us as our flight was delayed. Only thing is that two other bedrooms don’t have ac/heater, we were in winter and it was very cold at night. However, overall we enjoyed our time there.

Bonjour NOX. Il y a deux jours que nous sommes rentrés et nous tenons ma famille et moi à vous remercier pour le service de qualité offert. Tout était parfait pour nous. Nous sommes une famille de 5 et chacun a trouvé sa place et son confort. Nous y avons passé de bons moments et je recommande fortement cet logement sobre et agréable. La seule toute petite chose qui m’a marqué c’est une étagère dans la cabine de la douche principale pour y poser le savon. Merci encore…Le Check-In et le Check-out très simple. Accueil parfait. Personnel de ménage très sympathique, avenant et discret. Vraiment nous avons aimé. La vue y est surprenante. Vue mer et montagne… Nous y avons vu des couchers de soleil magnifiques… Merci.

Great apartment that's beautiful and modern, lovely and helpful staff. Also, a nice and peaceful location. Although there is a little problem with checking out. The staff couldn't arrive at the time that I requested. Not sure maybe it was a miscommunication, but we can understand because it's so early in the morning, and we can manage to leave the key at security. By the way, it's a good choice to stay for family in Cape Town.

This listing was great for a long stay.

The area is very quiet and safe and the listing is ‘as advertised’ - being a 3 bed, 3.5 bath, with beautiful views, a private rooftop and a pool.

The host is easy to communicate with and is very responsive (thanks to Sinethemba and Peter).

The listing was cleaned almost daily during my stay (a special thanks to Vuvu for always keeping the apartment clean).

Overall a great stay.

We had an absolutely perfect stay in Capetown. The apartment was fabulous and the location excellent quiet and safe but within easy walking distance from shops, restaurants and even the hoho bus. We particularly wish to commend Stanley Chikangara, the property manager, whose helpfulness was beyond belief.
We rented a car and there was easy, protected parking on site. After a long trip we loved the excellent washer and dryer and the completely equipped kitchen.
We would return in a heartbeat and would recommend heartily to any friend.

Great location with beautiful surroundings. Our kids really enjoyed the rooftop pool and being able to walk to most places. The host was also quite responsive.

The location, staff, and rooftop deck at this stay are all amazing.

The complex this unit is a part of seems to have some issues though: one of the bathrooms had a strong mildew/sewage smell for the entire stay that rendered it unusable, and the smell seeped into the adjacent room making it hard to stay in that room as well.

We also experienced a roof leak about halfway through our stay. The staff responded promptly, but it was another hiccup in our experience.

If not for these issues it would have easily been a 5-star stay.

The place is well maintained and well kitted out . The agents dealing with the place were great and assisted us in any way possible.

The location is and the security for parking and general access is great. the unit is serviced daily and you have washing and drying facilities in the unit which is very convenient.

This air Bnb was fantastic! We were looked after really well by Peter who was on call for any questions and assistance we needed he was super friendly and very helpful and communicated ver quickly via (Hidden by Airbnb)

Our house service lady vuyo was also fantastic and even helped us to work the oven which we could not figure out she was amazing

The location is brilliant really close to everything the rooms and place are even better than the photos

The property is secured with a gate and a 24 hour security guard sat at reception

If I had to really pick anything we did not like was only 1 champagne glass available when apartment services 6 guests and the power Would cut off during the night meaning loss of lights and wifi For a short time some days.

That said we would absolutely come back and thank you for having us
