Great place to stay, with amazing view The view is amazing, the terrace is perfect. Beds are very comfortable; we stayed with 4 adults, but you can easily stay with 6 people. It is located close to camps bay, since the road is quite steep, we always took an Uber : cheap and quick. A great place to visit all the highlights around capetown.

The Apartment and especially the terrace with it‘s view is beautiful. The WIFI wasn‘t working properly and it was not possible to work there. The pool was not usable (Full of algae). The Communication with Nox was a disaster. It was impossible to get ahold of someone when tried to solve the problems and no one felt resposible all of a sudden, which downgraded the whole experience.

The photos absolutely do not do the views justice. Just stunning, 180 degree views of the sea. The condo was spacious and updated. All three bedrooms have excellent views. The kitchen was well-stocked. Washer and dryer worked well. You will want to bring/buy your own paper products (other than toilet paper), toiletries (other than hand soap), and laundry detergent. We didn't use the pool as it was too cold, but it looked very nice and private. Nox was fantastic, our hosts were always available and responsive. Short 10-minute walk to the beach and restaurants, and 10-15 minute Uber ride to most other attractions in town. This place is in one of the safest parts of Cape Town, with extensive security measures, however it is always smart to be careful when walking around.

Houghton Steps is a fabulous apartment in a great location with stunning ocean views. Plenty of space for our family vacation (6 adults). Lots of marine activity in the cove directly in front of the apartment which made the expansive balcony even more enjoyable.
Nox were very professional from start to finish; excellent communication and our villa manager (Grant) was always on hand. The housekeeping was also first rate (thanks Bonnie). We will definitely use Nox for our next visit to Camps Bay.

The apartment was beautiful.

The appartment is spacious, and has beutiful sea view The only disadvatages, it has no floor heating, no phone or free internet It is a bit far from shopping area if you do not drive

Camps Bay is beautifully located for the beaches and the restaurants, but Shopping for more than groceries, is about a 10min drive away. This is a great place in Camps Bay. From each room stunning view and most comfortable beds. Really modern and nice furnished apartment. Totally quiet and great service such us contact person always available for key handover or questions etc. Also cleaning service etc. available according to your schedule. Lots of restaurants close by great beach just a lovely place to be. The kids enjoyed the pool though this is not very big but private. Really great place! Free wifi

the prop is o.k but not value for money. it is clean, well equipped, but it is a quiet old building and so is the most inside. The most problem i had, was that there is no aircondition. The balcony and the viewis really very very nice. We enjoyed sitting there sundowning.

This is a fantastic apartment with stunning views. It is spacious, comfortable and very tastefully furnished. There is a well equipped kitchen with a Nespresso coffee machine, cooking and laundry facilities. There's a small private pool a the side of the property which is great for cooling off in when it’s hot. It's 15 minute walk from the centre of Camps Bay, either along the road or down the steps next to the apartment to the coast road. Parking is allocated and secure.

The neighbouring apartments were a little noisy late at night.

The location was excellent with amazing views. it was very modern and well equipped

A couple of repairs were needed, there had been some leaks from above and one shower was not fully functioning

the location and the view is magnificent.

the appointment wasn’t cleaned properly. specifically under the couches and the beds. the kitchen area needs a bit of renovation as the laminate flooring is damaged and the middle island has a few major cracks.
their pots and pans are old and used and not in a good condition.
the sliding doors don’t open and close smoothly and in the lounge they don’t even lock.
the tv has a problem and finally the blinds need a proper clean.

A really wonderful space to relax and take in the most fabulous views across camps bay. The deck really is amazing, spent pretty much all of our time there other than taking refreshing dips in the pool. If being picky, one or two small decor touch-ups/fixes might be beneficial, but this in no way detracted from the overall amazing experience.

The aircon works great in the master bedroom, less so in the lounge (given the room is so huge), the other bedrooms are fan cooled. This worked great for us as we were mainly interested in having the doors wide open and enjoying the cool sea breezes

Highly recommend, if you are thinking about it, go for it you won’t regret. Staying here was a memorable highlight of the trip and got so many great photos!

Amazing place, sea view from the terrasse was breathtaking. Rooms are very well furnished, Italian showers, dstv, wifi etc...Not a single negative point, including our house help Gift, she was perfect.
