Tolle Unterkunft, alles blitzsauber (roomkeeping jeden Tag!), sensationelle rooftop-Terrasse. Zentrale Lage in CPT, per Uber nur ein paar Minuten an die Waterfront oder Seapoint. Empfehlenswert, wir werden hier gerne wieder herkommen.

I loved this place truly and so secluded. However my only problem is the load shedding. On the listing, it said it was free from load shedding. However we experienced it quite a bit. The worst part was when we were checking out, the load shedding happened we couldn’t use the elevator to take our stuff down. Shout out to Vicktor for coming to save the day!! I would recommend the complex to invest in generator or something to make it easier for guest.

Die Unterkunft war für uns ideal. wir reisten zu fünft (2 Paare und ein Single). Die intelligente Raumaufteilung schafft viel Privatsphäre. Jedes Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Bad en suite. Absolutes Highlight ist die Dachterrasse mit Whirlpool. Wir haben die Zeit im Apartment sehr genossen.
Nox bietet einen sehr guten und verlässlichen Vermietungsservice.

Great stay and helpful hosts. The roof terrace has an awesome view. The direct neighborhood is calm and nice but not very lively (but the restaurants and bars are within a 10 minute drive).

I had an amazing time at this establishment! Whenever there were issues, the host was so responsive! Loved it, from great restaurants nearby and lovely jacuzzi with bbq upstairs! We had an awesome time and at the fraction of the prices quoted elsewhere! Highly recommended!

Very nice appartment, with private roof terasse. The SPA was not accessable aparently due to a missing pump part. This was annoying as the pool (in the common part of the rooftop area) was quite cold.
Everything else was great, both the appartment and host. Private parking spot in the garage floor.

The Apartment is very central which made it convenient for exploring the city. However, there were a few issues that detracted from the overall experience.

One of the main amenities advertised was the hot tub, but unfortunately, it was not functioning during our stay which was a disappointment. Additionally, while the apartment was nicely decorated, there were a few noticeable flaws such as some damaged furniture and other minor imperfections.

Despite these issues, the apartment was still comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. Overall, we would recommend this apartment for its location, but potential guests should be aware of the issues mentioned above.

View from the balconies and terrace is great, also location is pretty good. The apartment itself is okay, but not in a very good condition with a lot of broken items. They even tried to charge us for a broken chair that was already broken when we moved in, so if you book it make sure to make pictures and a list of all the broken items when you move in, so that they can't scam you.

I had an amazing stay in the penthouse and I used the all facilities even though my stay was quiet short.

The booking process was thorough and my host Terence was absolutely lovely.

I would have loved to see more plants or flowers while there to brighten up the penthouse. So I bought my own and left them there. I wasn’t impressed with how the penthouse smelled - almost like it hasn’t been occupied for a long time and there weren’t any diffusers or room sprays. Other than that, everything is as advertised here.

Great location and perfect for a family with adult "children"s. The three bed rooms and baths were perfect. Roof top terrace allowed for lazy mornings. Living room and kitchen perfect for having a snack or breakfast together. Parking for two cars, and walking distance to the waterfront area was great.
The WiFi worked well in the living room, but not in the bed room. We had also some issues getting the A/C to do cooling.

great apartment well located close to the green point park.

we had fun there with the family, all there available to cook and good kitchen. fantastic bedrooms with fairly nice view....and great jacuzzi on the roof top.

the cleaning was good but some dust where still visible.

I would go there again if I am going back to Cape Town.

Amazing spacious appartement. Beautiful bedrooms which each it’s own bathroom. The sun roof with jacuzzi tops it all.
Location is great. Just the security guys were a bit grumpy but that’s all I can say if i’d have to give any ‘feedback’ haha!

Super Lage, tolle und großzügige, modern eingerichtete Wohnung mit einer großen, privaten Dachterrasse mit einem Whirlpool und einem super Ausblick! Die Kommunikation war manchmal etwas schwierig, da es zwei Ansprechpartner gab, die zu verschiedenen Zeiten gearbeitet haben. Trotzdem war die Kommunikation immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen!

This property was ideally situated, very well managed from check in to check out. Pleasant experience all round! The rooftop deck is exquisite with views of Cape Town, a great gas Braai pool and jacuzzi! Peter and The Nox team were great!
