This is a fabulous house in a wonderful location. It looks exactly as shown in the photos. It is large and spacious with good comfortable beds and high quality linens. The views are absolutely stunning. Short walk to beach, shops, restaurants. Be aware that it is on a busy road, so light sleepers might be woken by traffic in the mornings. But that seemed a small price to pay to stay in this magical home. Nox are excellent managers, all communications timely and useful, and the individuals who checked us in and out (and resolved one small problem with electric gates) were pleasant, friendly and professional.

In one word: a dream.
We were coming off a crazy work period, and as a family with two young kids, needed a place that was peaceful and had everything we needed that was secure, relaxing and dare I say, inspiring.
The experience we had at this villa delivered in every one of these areas.
First, the house gorgeous and super well maintained, had beautiful views (or Beach and Table Mountain), was in a great location (5 mins to beach and restaurants; safe at night), and was well equipped (appliances, internet and TV, to the security system). There were even tread mills but we didn’t get the chance to use them.
Second, the host Elton was friendly and put us at ease, while Patricia the housekeeper kept the place fresh and was friendly and kind.
Finally, the location perfect launchpad for adventures throughout the Cape!

We had a wonderful stay, the house was stunning and the views from the outside pool area beautiful. It was so easy to walk down to Camps bay to restaurants and bars or walk along up to Clifton to admire the views. Will definitely stay here again in future.

We loved staying here! It was a quick and easy at walk to Camps Bay beach. The house was clean, comfortable, and had between needed. Patricia the cleaner was fantastic. Super easy check in/out with Elton. Would highly recommend.

We will also look into sealing the front door to stop the cold air from entering. Had a great stay with Nox at this house, both the hosts that Nox provided were great and extremely communicative, Patricia the housekeeper was life saver and kept the house extremely tidy and clean

This is an amazing house. Perfect for families or groups of friends. Each bedroom has its own large en suite bathroom. Pool deck/patio has stunning views of ocean and Lion’s Head. Living room has doors that open up allowing entire house to feel the ocean breeze and offers a large social space. You can walk to beach or restaurants, or quick Uber drive to most of Cape Town’s sites. Highly recommend staying here.

Cannot recommend the house highly enough. Beautiful, very well placed and as described. Very clean and well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Hosts always available to ask questions and support as required. Can’t wait to go back
