The main living of the villa is open-plan with high ceilings and floor to ceiling glass doors. There is an informal living area which has luxurious seating for 10. This room is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sensational views.
Inter-leading with this area is the formal TV area with comfortable seating for 6 and a large wooden 12-seater dining table. Both these rooms lead onto a deck with a swimming pool and sun loungers. The kitchen is a raised open plan area and overlooks the TV lounge and dining table.
Spectacular ocean views can be enjoyed from all rooms of this incredible Camps Bay villa.
All 4 bedrooms are situated on the top floor and have en-suite bedrooms with access onto the top balcony with wonderful ocean views.
LOAD SHEDDING BACK UP Everything in the house works during load shedding including all lights, plugs and air con is backed up by the inverter system.
HOUSEKEEPING This home has housekeeping Monday - Saturday excluding Sundays and Public Holidays. Additional housekeeping can be arranged for these days on request.
CHILD POLICY This home welcomes all ages.
SMOKING POLICY This property is strictly non-smoking whether inside or outside the property.
Neighborhood
Camps Bay is movie-set pretty with its palm-lined beach and backdrop of the Twelve Apostles mountain range, which forms part of Table Mountain. With restaurants, bars and clubs lining the buzzing Victoria Road, Camps Bay is a great setting for an unforgettable holiday.

Beautiful modern home with the best views in Cape Town. The home/views was exactly like the way it was described in the listing. The host was fantastic and the daily cleaning service from William (stays in a separate house on property) was wonderful! 2 minor things- on very windy days, the house can be very loud inside making it difficult to fall asleep and each time you enter/leave the house, you will have to climb or descend 64 stairs which are steep. Otherwise, this home was perfect and I look forward to staying here again on my next visit!

We had a great stay here ! The views on the ocean and on the Apostles are stunning, the place is big and Will who took care of us did a great job.
The house can however be loud during windy nights.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Nox’s villa from October 19-24th 2023.This stunning villa offered a perfect blend of contemporary design and traditional elements, providing a luxurious and memorable experience. Nox’s villa features spacious and beautifully designed bedrooms, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay. The fully equipped kitchen and dining area allowed for convenient meal preparations and enjoyable dining experiences. The host at Nox’s villa was exceptional. Delivering warm hospitality and providing valuable recommendations for local attractions. The villa’s location was conveniently close to the beach However, one aspect that could be improved upon was the stairs leading up to the villa. They were quite steep and could be challenging for individuals with mobility issues or heavy luggage it would be beneficial if there handrails installed for safety and convenience. In conclusion, my stay was truly indulgent despite the minor inconvenience I highly recommend

Be prepared to walk up about 50 steps leading into the house. Lugging our luggage up those steps was not fun. We soon got used to those steps during our stay. Guess it’s great exercise, lol. Our host was quick to respond before arrival & welcomed us warmly. He was, however, slow to respond during our stay. Which was disappointing.

This is such a stunning house, in a perfect location, it was very easy to find, clean, breathtaking views.
I was there with my family for a whole week, we absolutely loved it, and it's close to a lot of places to visit in Cape Town, like Table mountain is a 8min drive. Lots of shops nearby as well.
Absolutely beautiful house, I will definitely be back again.
