Absolut schönes Haus und tolle, ruhige Lage! Traumhafter Blick! Danke an Caroline - die unser Haus jeden Tag absolut sauber und ordentlich gehalten hat! Wir haben es sehr genossen dort zu wohnen und kommen bestimmt wieder! Die Pool Möbel könnten erneuert werden!

amazing villa, we are a group of 8 and we definitely enjoyed ourselves there. the house has everything you will need for a holiday and the house keeper also super friendly. definitely recommended!

Lobster Villa was double booked so we were asked to move. We agreed under the condition that in exchange of a room less we would get two extra beds.
In addition we ordered groceries at arrival.
Two days before arrival I have tried to contact our contact person to make sure everything would be prepared.
We were travelling with four young kids so our late arrival at 2300h had to be followed by a one way direction to bed for them and a relaxing drink for us.
Both the extra beds and the groceries weren’t there.
They were delivered the next day. Nox apologised. But with these things, too little, too late…
That was really bummer.
The change of places most probably was a change for the better based on location. Regarding the house itself, it is difficult to compare. However Geneva Villa is a bit run down. Several things were defect.

Beautiful experience. The guys Craig was amazing. Super helpful always available if we needed . The house was always clean , in a beautiful and secure aerea . Vary spacious and a beautiful view ! If we go back to Cape Town we will book the same house for sure !

The Lobster Villa is the perfect spot for a group getaway! The villa has plenty of spaces to cater for both group hangouts or chilled out peaceful moments. The view from the top deck of the property, overlooking the ocean is to die for! Check-in was super smooth, special thanks to Boipelo for making sure everything was in place for us. There's a cleaner who regularly looks after the apartment too so it's always spotless. I do truly hope one day, I get to return to this villa again to enjoy the vibes! Thanks Nox team.

We had a wonderful time in South Africa and had a wonderful stay at the Lobster House. The view was breathtaking and the perfect spot for us as a group of friends. A bathroom in each double room plus two more sep. ones, a kitchen with everything you need.
The communication with NOX was perfect and we could get any info whenever needed.
The housekeeping lady was so lovely and keeps the house fresh and tiny.
It was a hard goodbye for everyone ?

The place was great and beautiful, and the view of the beach and the sunset were mesmerising from the balconies. It was very spacious and clean. We were a group of 6 and it had 6 rooms which was perfect for us. I loved that there was housekeeping on a daily basis, and they offer other services which you can order such as in house massage, chef , african cooking etc for an extra charge ... which almost makes this as if i'm staying at a hotel. Staying at this villa was worth every penny spent.

Lovely house with those views! We used it as a family house. Location is perfect. Just missed some things on the house to cook ourselves, there was a lot of rain so a leakage and the gate that didn't work and response of NOX was not always there but other then that great!

Wir haben das Haus über Wochen bewohnt und die Vorzüge sehr genossen. Die Lage und die Nachbarn sind traumhaft. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war stets freundlich und schnell. Selma als gute Seele des Hauses ist eine wahnsinnige Bereicherung. Wir kommen gerne wieder und empfehlen dieses Haus absolut weiter.
