Beautiful views &friendly staff, house in need of a little TLC, fair pricing Location is beautiful, views are lovely, staff is SO nice. House is massive, plenty of space for a large group. The Cleaner came every day and took care of us, and the hosts answered our questions really quickly. Secure parking, clean pool. Power backups during load shedding (though they recommend no AC during power cuts).

The place was really great, spacious, and comfortable to stay at. The hosts were very welcoming and flexible in check-in and check-out as we had different plans and didn’t stick schedule. Will book again if I visit Cape Town again

We had a great stay here! It was lovely, clean, and the management was super! The only part that was a bit sad for myself and my family that stayed there is the furniture downstairs shown in the photos isn’t what you get when you arrive. The photos show a much warmer house with carpets and tables and sofas, but in reality it felt a bit bare.

Great location, big terrace, view from the main bedroom, big parking space
We would liked to make use of the swimming pool but it wasn’t clean, some towel were dirty, overall cleanliness needs to improve

Everything about this property was a DREAM: The cleanliness, the spaciousness, the proximity to the beach, and the ease of check-in/ check out. Tolle Lage wenige Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt. Grosszügiges Haus mit Terasse, ausreichende Küchenausstattung und Ausblick auf das Meer. Moderne und gemütliche Einrichtung. Ruhige Umgebung.

Auf den ersten Blick alles super. Bei genauerem hinsehen jedoch einige Mängel, Wasserhahn in der Küche war defekt, Schränke staubig, Fenster verschmutzt, Poolleiter lose etc.

Great place. Exectaly how described and presented on the pictures. Very helpful and friendy service. Perfect communications with the hosts. Perfect parking facilities. Close to groscery shops and restauranrs. Camps Bay beach is a walking distance.

The neighbouring house is very close so if you are unlucky it can be noisy.

By far my worst AirBnB experience We booked our stay in April, a full month before check in, we booked an 8 sleeper for 7 of us, yet when we arrived the upstairs geyser wasn’t working, this required the plumber to come to in on 3 consecutive days, we had to take cold showers during these days as we had activities booked and could not miss them. When we were still having geyser issues on the 4th day of our stay, the host’s demeanour towards us changed, it then became as though we were being fussy, despite the fact that we had been patient with them for 3days already and Cape Town was very cold during this time. They stopped answering messages on Airbnb and insisted that we communicate with the plumber ourselves if we wanted to have the issue sorted out. The cherry on top was when the hosts were discussing us in the house not knowing that one of the ladies had stayed behind because she wasn’t feeling well, mind you they didn’t inform any of us that they were coming, so she was startled to wake up to deep voices loudly discussing how we were being fussy, remarking that there was never anything wrong with the geyser we were simply using up all the hot water because we too fat. It’s interesting that their final remarks were like this, initially they were very apologetic for the issues and even gave us R1500, yet when the problem persisted we were labeled as “fussy clients”. There are also a lot of people that stay on the property so if you have many vehicles, you will struggle to park all of them in the garage and will have to park on the road. The bathtub in the master bedroom has a leaky stopper so if you like taking long soaks, this won’t be possible. If you wish to have a peaceful vacation, I would recommend that you don’t not book with Nox Apartments
