One of the best airbnb I’ve ever booked and worth every cent. The accommodation is more than what it looks like on the pictures and the NOX team put in a bit extra with ‘small things’ that mattered the most, for convenience purposes. We had the best time, THANKS to you and the team

O imóvel correspondia exatamente com as fotos e descrição, excelente localização (tranquilo, sem barulho e bem perto de V&A Waterfront - dá pra ir a pé). As respostas sobre qualquer indagação eram quase que instantâneas, o Check-in foi fácil, o anfitrião nos recebeu no horário agendado, deu dicas sobre a cidade. Enviam uma funcionária para limpar o apartamento todos os dias, com troca das roupas de cama e toalhas dia sim, dia não (excelente). Os pontos negativos que encontramos foram a falta de utensílios na cozinha, por exemplo, havia apenas uma panela pequena, e como cozinhávamos à noite, isso atrapalhou um pouco; as persianas dos quartos são brancas, então o quarto fica um pouco claro pela manhã; e o banheiro que fica no quarto não tem chuveiro, apenas uma grande banheira com um chuveirinho, tomar banho ali é difícil, então, usávamos todos o outro banheiro. Não deixaria de voltar por isso. Gostamos muito!

This location was Beautiful! Not just the location but the staff from check in, to the maid service and check out was smooth and easy. Any questions we had assisted with Grace and ease. The location was great to get around easily to tourist destinations. We felt safe the entire time and the everyday local people were kind and friendly! Would stay here again on our trip back to Cape Town.

Really a WOW experience! Perfect location! 5–10-minute walk to V&A Waterfront and to the Cape Town Stadium. Close to great restaurants. Views of the ocean and the mountain. Stunning unit, beautifully decorated and so neat, lovely housekeeper, Busi, came in daily. I had huge boxes couriered to CT for an expo, and NOX really made it an effortless and stress-free experience by receiving the boxes and taking it to the residence for us. Really a WOW experience! Thank you very much!

This space matched the listing and was a wonderful space. It was well appointed and very clean. The NOX host was very friendly and even gave us welcome bag upon arrival. The location was great as it is close to the waterfront but far enough away to enjoy some peace and quiet. The housekeeper was pleasant as was the front desk attendant. Would definitely recommend.

We enjoyed our staying at your premises very much. It's a very modern and clean apartment in a prima location, close to the V and A Waterfront and Sea Point Promenade. Next to the Radisson Blue Hotel to enjoy, breakfast, sundowners, or massages. The apartment is beautifully decorated and has all the modern equipment needed to enjoy our time in Cape Town.
We enjoyed being in the city and close to some of the best that Cape Town has to offer. Big thanks to the Nox team, security, and cleaning staff. You were always available to help. Will definitely stay with you again.

We had a wonderful stay at Majolica. The place was even better than it looked on the pictures.
It was extremely spacious and clean. The location was super convenient right by the promenade and V&A as well as super safe. Mike the door man was incredibly sweet and helpful.
There was a wonderful cleaning lady (Busi) that came every day and helped cleaning and was super sweet with our kids. Overall highly recommend the location and hosts!

I absolutely loved the location. At the beginning of a promenade, could see the sea from bathroom window.Walking distance to V&A Waterfront. Close to Sea Point so a lot of restaurants in the vicinity.

Lovely apartment and secure, would definitely come back there.

We 4 had an excellent 6 nights stay in this apartment. It has lots of space and the kitchen was amazing.
Best was the very friendly cleaning lady that came by every day.
Although being very close to the water you have no view. Groceries store is a 15 minutes walk away in the V & A Waterfront, all safe area.
We would certainly go back to the Majolica!
