The appartement has a great view and the location is perfect - next to Capetown. The apt is quite old without renovation and the cleaning of the old infrastructur (not bed, bathroom) is very bad, door almost doesn’t close, cleanliness of windows terrible etc. Security very good. We felt very safe

Great location & apartment. Gas bottle knob on bbq jammed open which is dangerous- needs bedside lamps in second bedroom , new blinds in ensuite , replace front door lock & outdoor chairs - otherwise can't fault. There was however renovation of apartment above with jack hammer noise & rubble falling onto our balcony for most of our 4 day stay but we were out most of this time so didn't affect us greatly . Would thoroughly recommend this apartment.

Ocean Breeze is a stunning place right on the beach at Clifton - it's clean, airy and spacious and the views are truly spectacular - we loved it. The NOX rep (BP) was lovely and we easily met up with her for a walkthrough. It's a great location for Cape Town and although we did have a car, we often took an Uber into the Waterfront area (costing around R 100-120) to save us the hassle of parking. Security staff (24HR) really nice too on the odd occasion we needed to ask Qs. Overall the apartment will not disappoint and the position is difficult to beat (with nothing between you and the "beach"). It's not a useable beach though fyi, at this time of year as the waves crashed over it the whole time we were there. As others mentioned, there's a couple of minor niggles that need sorting soon (main bathroom fan not working, blind therefore rusty, TV remote need antenna installing or the receiver in cupboard does not get signal, wardrobe door handle broken). But fab place to stay :-)

The location of the apartment was superb but getting in and out on the busy road was difficult and the price you pay for staying at such a unique location. The apartment was clean with a great cleaning service provided. Sunsets out of this world, with a Weber on the balcony. The apartment is well stocked. Security is present 24 hrs. Direct access to the beach. Communication with the hosting company had to be done electronically without a dedicated phone number. Strange, but everything that was needed was accomplished in the end. Would recommend this apartment.

Great location with incredible view, the master bedroom was stunning especially during sunraise and sunset. It has access to private beach which is very quiet most of the time to allow you enjoy your time. The staffs are exremely helpful and responsive whenever we have a quetions. The location is absolutely amazing (the view wow and right on the beach) and the hosts were so helpful and responsive. Really well located for Camps Bay and Sea Point either side. The apartment could do with some modernization/refreshing as it is starting to look a bit tired. There was no tv in the living space and the small one in the bedroom wasn’t working properly. Bathrooms v nice however.

Lovely apartment, fabulous location overlooking Clifton First Beach. We were quite late booking and this place stood out. We were a little wary at first due to some mediocre reviews esp relating to the cleaning but a more recent review stated the place had had a deep clean so we took a chance and are so glad we did. The apartment was clean, tidy, well equipped and the location couldn’t have been better. The view was superb, access easy, security excellent. It had everything we needed, both bedrooms had sea views, both bathrooms had showers and the kitchen was well equipped. The barbecue on the large balcony is a superb addition, and having a washing machine and tumble drier also a bonus. The jewel in the crown had to be the private beach access. Check in was simple and efficient and the communication very good. The apartment is cleaned every day except Sun.

Vorab: die Lage des Apartments ist einfach traumhaft. Wir haben den ständigen Blick auf die wunderschöne Bucht von Clifton sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist groß und luftig,aber die Möbel schon sehr abgenutzt. Mitunter gibt es Rost an einigen Möbeln,die Stühle im Esszimmer sind sehr fleckig. Den Preis haben wir gerne für die Lage bezahlt,die Ausstattung ist es nicht wert.

Beautiful beach apartment with stunning views. Right on the ocean so you can hear the surf breaking which was really nice. The apartment is somewhat sparsely furnished with limited kitchen supplies, the bed linens were a bit worn with a couple of holes, etc., but not terrible. A very nice apartment; I'd recommend it.

This apartment is definitely worth staying at. we saw some of the best sunsets. The beds were very comfortable, showers was great, BBQ on the terrace was awesome and the kitchen had everything we needed. Elton our host had great communication particularly when we asked for a later check-in time as we were slightly behind schedule. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing condo with incredible view! The unit is kitted out with top of the line appliances etc. Very comfortable beds. We arrived late and I used their Concierge service to drop of food and drinks. All delicious Woolworths food, very affordable and convenient service. Loved listening to the waves all night. Cleaning service every day was amazing too. Will definitely stay there again

Settling in was a breeze, thanks to the comfortable and well-appointed accommodations. The attention to detail in the design and furnishing of the rooms is truly impressive. It truly feels like a home away from home. The breathtaking view of the ocean from our window has been a constant source of serenity and relaxation.
Overall, our experience at Clifton Apartment on the Waters Edge (Ocean Breeze) has exceeded our expectations. The beautiful surroundings, the comfortable accommodations, and the outstanding service have made our stay truly memorable. Nox was great to deal with and the flat is in the perfect position with a spectacular view.
The apartment is in need of some tlc and decor update. Only a TV in the main room, which is not ideal for families or friends staying in the flat.

We had a lovely week in the apartment, which is beautiful, modern and comfortable! The house feels welcoming and is a lovely space, well designed and spacious. The master bedroom has a majestic beach view. The beds are very comfortable, the bath rooms are very good, living and dining area and kitchen are very spacious and nice. The balcony outside is cosy and with a magnificent view. Elton welcomed us and was very nice and friendly! He was great at communicating to make sure everything was going smoothly for us. He went out of his way to make our stay comfortable. Celia also came in daily to clean, she is a very nice person. All in all we had a wonderful stay and we recommend the apartment to anyone.

Amazing location right on Clifton beach. We had a wonderful stay at the apartment and only wish it was longer.

The apartment was just as advertised and the Nox team were really easy to communicate with and accommodating.

The apartment had all the amenities that you would need for a stay and there is parking for one car. We also found the location easy walking/ driving distance to Camps Bay and Sea Point where you find some lovely restaurants.

Another perk was the easy direct access to the beach.

We can’t wait for our next stay.

A great apartment in a great location! The house is modern, comfortable and well equipped with the latest appliances. With breathtaking views from all major sections of the house and direct access to Clifton 1st Beach from the ground floor. Centrally located, offering access to the best of Cape Town all within close proximity.

The host’s communication is superb – from the initial contact, to instructions beforehand, to several messages during the stay to check up. I would highly recommend it!

This place was great and well worth it. It had everything, great space, great light, amazing views and parking as well. We came with our two little kids and it was great for families as well. Balcony is totally safe and the views are dynamite. Host was communicative and helpful. Would def stay here again, even if prices in Cape Town post pandemic have skyrocketed, but that applies everywhere methinks. They could use a sound system and maybe a nicer coffee machine, but these are first world problems!
