This a fabulous villa with a gorgeous view overlooking Camps Bay. Comfortable furnishings, modern kitchen and bathrooms. Actually 2 properties with a linked self contained 2 bed apartment with its own kitchen and pool which is below the main house. The kitchen is really well equipped with usual stuff along with air fryer and Nespresso (supplied with pods). The upper pool has a beautiful patio with sun loungers and an amazing view of the bay. The pool is comfortably heated. There are 4 double bedrooms in the main house (3 with en-suite) and a double and twin room in the attached apartment. We only used the rooms in the main house but all were very comfortable with good blackout curtains and air conditioning. The lounge is very comfortable with huge sofas and a fabulous sliding window that opens up to the view. The villa is in a quiet location looking down on Camps Bay. It is a good 15-20 minute walk down to the beach, restaurants and shops. We would definitely stay here again.

Our Guests were delayed on check in because the house wasn't ready. Luckily for us we are a VIP Agency, we had to step in and help with cleaning to get the house in a state of readiness. We had to reroute our driver and our clients whilst we were helping for the 2hrs delay. It cost us a lot of money as the driver had to be paid and so was the lunch meal that we now needed to incur. We do a number of bookings with a number of properties and usually we will get a heads up in terms of the house readiness and we respect our clients time. And since we are experience driven, we always want to ensure that no guest is inconvenienced. We need to discuss our commissionable fees as we have clients year round. Right now we are hesitant to give them to you without a discussion on the service element and the financial arrangement
