The picture doesn’t do justice. The view of Lionhead is right in front of you.!! They said daily cleaning service, which definitely helps keep the place clean . Unfortunately, you cannot have any guests. That was a downfall apart from that everything else went smoothly.

Probably the best view in Capetown! The flat is just stunning, very good located in Capetown and easy to access. Private pool area is worth the stay to enjoy amazing sunsets. This is your sign to book it!!

A really beautiful penthouse . The architecture and decor of the apartment is lovely . The rooftop pool is spectacular and the views are great ( particularly over Lions head ) . It is a really beautiful place in a great location

The apartment has a fantastic location with great views. The space is good with lots of light. However overall the apartment feels tired and needs a makeover. The facilities and furniture could do with updating or replacing.

This apartment is stunning and in a fantastic location if you’re looking to explore Cape Town for a few days. There are some definite quirks to the management company however, and if you desire more privacy, it might not be ideal.

The apartment is situated in a good location with good sea views. It’s truly a beautiful home. Check in was delayed by over an hour, the sofa had stains and was not clean at all which resulted in us sitting on the floor, The outside patio area was not cleaned as well and it was visibly left that way for a while. Other than that the place was beautiful, beautiful finishes and truly upmarket.

Thank you for your review. We're sorry your stay was not exceptional. Sadly the power going off is out of our control as South Africa is currently having loadshedding. I do understand that having to take all the stairs was difficult for your family. We have also looked into the cleaning of the apartment and have made sure it is now up to standard.

Such a wonderful stay! The house is clean and safe. The space is big and accommodating. We enjoyed the pool!
Winds can get a bit strong on gusty days, but that’s the area.
Great communication with checkin and throughout.

So good booked it again for next year. !
A little paradise, in a very central spot, the house is very well equipped and absolutely delightful
The view over signal Hill is stunning and one out to sea is lovely
Sun is on terrace till late afternoon and the opening I’d patio doors makes it very light and airy
Parking and security and ease of location couldn’t be better
Caroline who looked after us daily was a treat & superb
Nox and Terrence on checking in, dealing with queries etc was very welcoming and helpful
Cant wait to go back next year

53 Napier for me is a hidden treasure.

What you see is not what you get. The exterior does not match the interior at all.

One is likely to write it off at face value, but wait until you set food inside. You get feeling that you got much more that what you had bargained for anticipated

Das airbnb ist insgesamt sehr schön. Auf drei Etagen und einer großen Terrasse hat man sehr viel Platz.

Leider ist die Einrichtung ganz schön in die Jahre gekommen. Einige Dinge waren kaputt oder einfach alt.

Zudem war die Kommunikation wirklich schwierig. Wir hatten bspw. Draußen kein Licht. Es war kaputt und es wurde uns jeden Tag versprochen, dass jemand kommt und es repariert oder zumindest Licht für draußen bringt, sodass man abends auch dort sitzen kann. Ist leider nicht passiert.

Zudem war die Wohnung bei Übernahme noch nicht annähernd in einem sauberen Zustand sodass in den 2 Tagen danach jeden Tag diverse Menschen kommen mussten, um bspw. Pool oder Sofa zu säubern, diese Menschen haben sich leider teilweise einfach selbst mit einem Schlüssel Zugriff verschafft, was wirklich sehr unangenehm war.

All in all war es kein schlechter Aufenthalt aber für den Preis kann man es besser machen

We had a lovely time at the beautiful Nox penthouse. The view is incredible!!!! And the location is the best one in Capetown! We did ask for a sun umbrella but sadly the person responsible for the house couldn’t reach the owners. You need a sun umbrella for the terrace otherwise you can’t really use it. Also there is no air condition in 2 bedrooms which was a bit of a problem for our friends (who left the apartement). The master bedroom had air condition and was amazing though.

A great spot in a fantastic location. Close to the promenade, shops and restaurants. A really lovely apartment with magnificent views over the bay and also Lions head behind. Were very impressed with our hosts who were happy to help if needed. Would definitely stay here again.
