Both bedrooms share a modern bathroom with a shower.

The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with an electric hob, Nespresso machine, dishwasher, and washer, with access to a cosy courtyard for a quiet escape. The living and dining area, with seating for four, is the perfect spot to unwind with its air conditioning, TV, and lovely city and sea views.

We had no problem with the host’s service and the inside of the apartment was clean and comfortable. The pictures accurately show the interior of the apartment. Issues were (no fault of the host) ; - the unit is located next to the complex gate, so every time it opened and closed we can hear it - the one side of the unit faces the street. So had to contend with the street noise. Both bedrooms and bathroom had windows facing the street. For privacy we had to keep our blinds closed. Security was a concern as the unit was near the boundary wall. - there are 2 flights of steps down a narrow staircase. Carrying luggage was a problem. No lifts - there was not enough lighting for the staircase - parking into the garage was awkward and the garage can only fit a small car. - Neighbor’s security door kept encroaching our entrance as it didn’t have a latch. - next door neighbors were quite noisy and could be heard during the night. The positive news is a maid come every day with the apartment

A fantastic stay in the heart of Greenpoint! Would definitely recommend to friends and family. Hannah was great and helped us check-in and out personally. Always available and the cleaning staff works daily.

Very lovely apt. just make sure you tell the Uber to come to the top of the hill :). Amazing views!! Very comfy flat with an outdoor indoor feel. Clean and had a cleaning lady... it's the type of place you can stay for 2 weeks + and forget you need to go back home.

Stay was very pleasant and friendly assistance from Hannah at NOX. Very clean and modern unit. Only issue was with a very thin bottom mattress on the bunk bed, which could not be fixed during our stay.

The apartment was beautiful, clean and very close by to everything. Nox was super responsive and very attentive. The parking was a little tight so it is better to hire a small car if you are planning on hiring one. They also accommodated a very late check in which was awesome. Our flight landed very late but they made sure we were taken care of.
