The property is situated in a beautiful location, which we are familiar with.
It is a very short walk from the stadium, where we attended the Rugby 7’s over the weekend, and to the Metropolitan Golf Club, that we also visited. We were very impressed with the facilities in the apartment.
Although we did not cook, everything was available, from crockery to cutlery, pots and pans etc. The appliances were new, of a high quality and in good working order. The beds were very comfortable. The ladies were blown away by the toiletries supplied, as they were generous and of a high quality. Victor was at the property at the prearranged time on our arrival, and was very efficient and courteous. He left us tea, coffees, sugar and milk etc, which was a very nice touch. The apartment was professionally serviced everyday, without any inconvenience to us at all.
Furnishings and fittings are of a very high standard.
If there was one small negative, it would be the scaffolding in place over the front of the building. There was no excessive noise from the construction/renovation activities, but the view was slightly spoilt with the scaffolding. There is also major construction work going on across the road, between the road and sea. But this is obviously out of the control of the property.

1. They lied about the fact that the entire building is covered in a scaffolding even when queried ahead of time and when asking on the day received two contradictory stories (one saying it’s just gone up and another saying is it still up..)
2. None of the closing mechanisms on their windows work hence you can’t lock your windows (safety hazard for kids)

Great and beautiful place. DSTV went off on day two at midday (there was a total failure of electricity - nothing worked) and we could not get the DSTV to work again. Two lights, lifts and wi-fi worked later that afternoon. I specifically book places with DSTV for sport and news. Peter tried to help over the cell phone but after nearly two hours it still did not work.
The allocated parking space was too small for my car (Mercedes E200).
Peter tried his best to help.
By the way, this also happened a few weeks ago when I stayed in 6E. But I didn't report it then. It was towards the end of my stay.

This apartment was well positioned and very clean and neat, the sea views were amazing and being able to walk the promenade was great. The beds were very comfortable and linen was very clean and fresh.

Light, airy, very spacious apartment (we were 2 people) in a peaceful city beachside location. Ocean views were great at anytime of the day. Apartment was superbly clean and well equipped. Easy walking to Waterfront and neighbourhood restaurants.

Wonderfully located, comfortable and well equipped - this is a lovely spot for situating yourself in Cape Town, and to explore. It's great to be able to step right out onto the promenade, and to walk to restaurants and local delis. The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms spacious with great showers, and the kitchen is very spacious as well. There is an inverter to power the wifi through loadshedding, but note that the stove etc is all electric so you won't be able to boil water / cook in a power outage.
The Nox team are great, with lots of extra services that make the stay really easy,

Die Wohnung ist genau wie auf den Bildern abgebildet, sehr sauber und der Check-in/out hat super reibungslos geklappt. Die Wohnung wird TÄGLICH von Gloria der Haushaltshilfe gereinigt. Sie hat gespült, die Handtücher gewaschen, Bäder geputzt und alles sauber gehalten. Es gibt einen Garagen-Stellplatz.
Während des Load-Shedding steht einem das WLAN trotzdem zur Verfügung, das fanden wir wirklich super.
Wir können diese Unterkunft wirklich weiterempfehlen und würden auch wieder kommen.

Great property - recommend.

Pros
- spacious, cleaned daily, well kitted out
- beautiful views of the ocean
- good access to restaurants (walkable) and shops in green point
- managed by a helpful property company

Cons
- the property company doesn’t make decisions on the place - they act for the owners. This can be unhelpful - eg when the second room blinds did nothing to darken the room for my son to sleep and we asked for something to be done, the owners said they wouldn’t add curtains (even where the curtain rail existed already). BUT the property company did sort something out temporarily

Beautiful apartment with world class views and breathtaking sunsets.

really great (both metaphorically and in size) beds, two nice bathrooms.
well equipped kitchen.
warm helpful welcome.
we had a great stay.
Saturday and Sunday there is a lovely market just down the road

Exactly as pics show. Lovely position on Beach Road overlooking ocean, and easy access to anywhere in the Peninsular or CT from there.
All furnishings, linen and fittings good quality. We felt a few softening touches would make it feel more cosy especially in winter as it felt newly decorated, although it is very comfy.
2nd bedroom, shower room compact as pics show but adequate. Main bedroom en-suite wonderful.
Parking bay in locked secure garage but very small for a large car. Street parking fine. Building has good security.

This is one of the best places I stayed. It is fully equipped with everything you want from a tumble dryer, dishwasher to ironboard.

Hi the views are fantastic, only problem is the flat doesn’t have air con so you have to open the windows. It’s situated over looking beach Road and the noise from the traffic is quiet bad, especially the motor bikes and motor cars with their full blown exhausts that think it’s a race track. Even with windows shut this noise is still bad and very irritating

This will assist immensely as the windows are double glazed and that helps to neutralise the road noise when they're closed. The Nox Team!

The place looks exactly the same as the pictures. Very clean and well looked after. The view is amazing, its a great location!
There is an undercover parking spot for 1 car but if you have a very big car it might be a bit tight. There is a myciti bus stop close by if you don't have a car.
They are busy renovating another apartment in the building at the moment so there was some construction noise but nothing too loud and you could only really hear it in certain rooms, it didn't bother us at all.

Apartment is absolutely amazing with beautiful views in a central location in Cape Town. It is clean, modern and spacious. The team was helpful and quick to respond if we had any issues. The apartment is on a main road so you can get some traffic noise. If you are a light sleeper bring ear plugs, or alternatively use the second bedroom which is quiet. Would definitely stay here again.

It’s situated over looking beach Road and the noise from the traffic is quiet bad, especially the motor bikes and motor cars with their full blown exhausts that think it’s a race track. The apartment has everything you need.Perfect location. Fantastic views.Nox are brilliant hosts.We extended our stay twice and have been coming back to this building and this location for 3 yeas.super safe and secure.

The place looks exactly the same as the pictures. Very clean and well looked after. The view is amazing, its a great location! There is an undercover parking spot for 1 car but if you have a very big car it might be a bit tight. There is a myciti bus stop close by if you don't have a car. They are busy renovating another apartment in the building at the moment so there was some construction noise but nothing too loud and you could only really hear it in certain rooms, it didn't bother us at all.

This apartment is spectacular! Well located, within easy walking distance of many restaurants and The Waterfront, an amazing view, modern serviced apartment with brand new appliances and decor ...only good things to say about this place. The apartment is spotless. Hassle free check in and check out process. Would definitely recommend staying here !

This property is in walking distance from great restaurants, the water front and entertainment along the promenade. The views are stunning and the crashing waves was just what I was looking for. Well equipped and well serviced the friendly hosts also make sure you are taken care of. Would recommend this to anyone.
