After a long day at the office and tense shoulders up to my ears, I was very excited to have Belinda Spratt from Therapeutic Massage step into my office.Belinda was kitted out with everything she needed to make my massage most enjoyable.While I changed into something comfy, she set up her relaxation area in the corner of my office. I must admit, that attempting to relax while in the work place seemed hard at first, but once the Nox Team had all left for the day, relaxation started to sink in.Belinda was very interested in my specific requests; she is very passionate about her profession and always has her clients best interest at heart. The technique used on me was fantastic for releasing muscle tension and after about 45 minutes (but whos counting) I was feeling relaxed and stress free!With the smell of essential oils lingering in the office we ended off with good stretch and a bit of chit chat.
