Amazing house, great location, definitely worth a stay! The house was really nice! All the rooms were great and had large tubs. The rooftop was really enjoyable and you can see Table Mountain and the ocean as well. Location was great, very easy to Uber to the V&A Waterfront if needed. We were glad there was space for parking. A little difficult as it's on a hill, but not terrible. There is a Spar close by if we needed anything and cute coffee shops very close by. We loved our housekeeper, she was amazing.

Super location! Plus the apartment / house is beautiful and really well appointed. It was a joy staying there. Both PJ and Zizipho were really helpful and made our stay at 53 on Napier a pleasure. We felt very safe and secure in the apartment. The terrace / rooftop space is lovely as are the views from there. I would stay there again for sure.

Ideally located, the apartment provided myself and my colleagues a perfect place to go back to & relax during a very busy conference.
Close to various amenities (coffees, restos, spa...), 5 min driving to CTICC or V&A Waterfront.
Quiet and safe area.
Rooms were beautifully decorated, common areas very spacious and convivial with lots of natural light.

Only negative aspect is that the stay wad not long enough.

Would definitely come back.

We had a wonderful stay in this property which was for us in a prime location in De Waterkant. Close to friends and local amenities and with Uber cars, travelling to the Waterfront and Camps Bay was so easy to get around. Definetly recommend if you prefer City living rather than beach front poperties.

A great home in the centre of cape town.
You will be pleasantly surprised when you open the door. It is close enough to everything and has many little eating places and a supermarket surrounding this place. The view from the rooftop will surprise you too.

Would I stay here again , yes .

But some advice as the house is on a steep hill with a cobbled road, if you have walking or hip problems please look into this before you book. The parking can be a bit of a nightmare but if you are out most days it shouldn't worry you to much.

But yes I would stay at 53 Napier again.

I cannot brag on this rental enough. This property was perfect in every way. It was close to everything. It was a couple minutes away from Victoria & Alfred Waterfront, walking distance from tons of restaurants, Ubers were always only two minutes away. The neighborhood was nice and upscale. We felt very safe on the property. The entrance was access controlled with camera to view the entrance. It was 3 levels & a roof top with great views. Very nicely decorated.

Prior to check in Sinathemba, one of our 2 hosts, communicated with us in the days prior. He was very accommodating. He met us at the property for check in & arrived before us so that we didn’t experience a wait. His energy and personality was amazing. He was very helpful & resourceful & asked a number of times of there was anything we needed. He gave us a tour of the property, explained how to use some of the features. He even suggested some great restaurants. He was available throughout the stay if we had a need.

Our housekeeper, Signorina, was there to greet us and let us know when she’d be there to maintain the house. She was a sweet lady.

Peter, our second host, was also extremely accommodating & helpful as well. He was very friendly & made sure our check out went smoothly.

Everyone has an amazing personality, was extremely friendly, helpful, accommodating & resourceful. They were available & attentive. I will stay here every time I visit Cape Town.

We stayed in Cape Town for a few days prior to setting off on a safari with a group of friends. It was the perfect place to adjust to the time zone. The area was wonderful! There were a number of good restaurants within easy walking distance, a fabulous place for breakfast across the street and a grocery story within an easy walk. The property sits on a hill and so the roof top level has the most amazing views of Table Mountain, the city and the waaterfront. It was an easy walk down to the waterfront area where there are lots of shops, etc. The prpperty was very well secured, very clean and modern and each bedroom has its own private bath. The beds were comfortable and everything worked well. The main kitchen dining living area was perfect for us all togather (as was the rooftop). Would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it.

This apartment is a gem! This area of Greenpoint is safe and quiet but also has nice cafes and shops. The house is beautiful, we thought better than the photos. Great design and decoration, all three rooms are very big and have their own bathroom. The fireplace was perfect for cozy nights in and if you are lucky to visit in the summer the pool and rooftop are priceless. Communication with NOX staff was always easy and quick. All in all a great experience, hope to be back soon!

Nox is absolutly incredible! We booked an AirBnB with them and they emailed us shortly after to let us know that there would be some construction happening and if we would like to change to another property we could. We deeply appreciated that honesty and ended up at 53 Napier, it was an absolute dream! The place is stunning, so clean with housekeeping daily, the check-in was so smooth and the location is perfect. We were a group of 6 and it felt like there was so much space and everything worked perfectly! Such an incredible stay.

We honestly can’t think of any reason not to book this Airbnb, it is a gem. In fact, this Airbnb is the reason why we want to return to Cape Town. A special thanks for the service; prior to our stay, we were in a desert for a week with no signal, so our estimated time of arrival was quite short-notice. The host is fantastic. The location is great, about 15 mins to V&A waterfront. The rooftop is stunning, could do with a couple more loungers but we made it work.

Think the £500 deposit is taken too early & held for too long. 6 weeks in total, this is done from a 3rd party provider.

showers were not very practical, the water goes everywhere because of the way the doors are and you can’t open the window shutters fully in the bedroom during the day as everyone on the street can see inside but you get some coverage from the trees

Beautiful spacious apartment - better than the photos! Rooftop is stunning. Loads of amazing restaurants, bars and shops in immediate vicinity. Only Downside is noisy neighbours and minimal noise insulation on the interior and exterior. Could hear the neighbours all night. Bedroom doors also need oiling. Would recommend to anyone looking to be ~5min drive to the waterfront.

I’ve travelled all over the world and stayed in countless airbnbs, and this one comes out on top.

The art & attention to detail is immaculate, every bedroom is big & spacious and has their own private bathrooms, high ceilings, the kitchen is the best equipped in any airbnb I’ve seen, and theres an amazing rooftop with perfect view to Table Mountain. The pool offers a nice treat on warm days, and the house is located in a nice neighbourhood that feels safe.

We really enjoyed our stay here, and hope to return here the next time we are in South Africa! ?

Really enjoyed our stay. If i could give a higher rating than 5 for the location and cleanliness I would’ve! Jaco was super awesome welcoming us and walking us through the house.
It’s a petty there is no grill up on the rooftop, if there was, this would’ve gotten 5 stars for sure.
Maybe just have a look at the sliding doors to the bedrooms, it takes 2 people to move them open and close.

The photos certainly don’t do it justice - it is an AMAZING place in every way. Certainly the most comfortable bed I’ve slept in - beautifully air conditioned - amazing location close to shops and waterfront, gorgeous views - pristine. It lacked nothing.

I’ve stayed in some great places but this had to be the BEST. Can’t wait to return.

The property is even better than shown in the photographs. The beds are extremely comfortable and the living area and roof terrace with superb views of the town and table mountain are excellent.
The property is in easy reach of local shops and restaurants and a short drive from the Victoria shopping area and quayside.

What an amazing place, the pictures don’t do it any justice. It’s a piece of heaven on earth overlooking the ocean, we had everything we could possible need and more. Hospitality & Housekeeping was exceptional.

What a beautifully designed and thought through space. We spent a full day in the apartment as it says don’t leave. The house had everything you needed and more. Quality finishings and tastefully put together.

May even be better than the pictures! Super modern touch in a lovely neighbourhood, very close to some cute and trendy restaurants too!

Not wheelchair friendly!
Incredible roof top lounging and easy traveling routes!
Had a bit of an issue with water & cleaning but the hosts were super attentive and reachable.
Would recommend 100%.

Spent a week at 53 Napier and the place was very comfortable. The service offering was great as the team was always on hand to assist and would check in from time-to-time to ensure our stay was going well. Great value for money and I would definitely recommend.

Beautiful property, magnificent finishes and so tastefully decorated. It really felt like home away from home and we looked forward to returning every evening. On a nice evening, the rooftop has spectacular views. The area has a special vibe and quaint restaurants and shops are all a stone's throw away. I was nervous about leaving my borrowed car in the street, but there was no problem at all, there is a security guard who patrols the street. You will not be disappointed with this one!

53 Napier for me is a hidden treasure. What you see is not what you get. The exterior does not match the interior at all. One is likely to write it off at face value, but wait until you set food inside. You get feeling that you got much more that what you had bargained for anticipated

The place is very well decorated in an admirable neighborhood. It’s close to good coffee shops, restaurants, gyms and short driving distance to the beach. The host was very friendly and quick to respond to any questions. I’d definitely stay here again if I am in Cape Town.

Avoiding the cliché, but the photos really do not do the property justice! It was beyond our expectations. My brother and I have previously stayed in the De Waterkant (ideal safe city location), but this was easily our favourite property. Great living spaces (kitchen, living room, rooftop terrace), amazing high quality finishes throughout, and the bedrooms with comfortable king beds all with en-suite provided much needed peace of mind for each guest. Without question we will be back and explore what else Nox rentals has to offer! Great stay, great hosts.

Certainly the most comfortable bed I’ve slept in - beautifully air conditioned - amazing location close to shops and waterfront, gorgeous views - pristine. It lacked nothing. I’ve stayed in some great places but this had to be the BEST. Can’t wait to return.

The property is even better than shown in the photographs. The beds are extremely comfortable and the living area and roof terrace with superb views of the town and table mountain are excellent. The property is in easy reach of local shops and restaurants and a short drive from the Victoria shopping area and quayside.
