This place is better in person than in the pictures. Really well done decor and equipped with everything you need. It is clean - super clean. The location is terrific - easy walk to the V&A, or Sea Point, and there is a grocery shop on the next block. There is also a lovely coffee shop with lovely baked goods and breakfast and lunch right next door.

We were in the accommodation for a week and enjoyed our stay a lot. The views on the table mountain are amazing and you can actually walk to the water front and have a lovely neighborhood. The Nox team made it very easy for us to communicate and helped us with every little issue that came up. I can highly recommend this and look forward to coming back

Beautiful house and location with great views. The house is spread over two levels so not suitable for anyone that has trouble with stairs. The house also needs a bit of maintenance like the fridge and cupboard hinges need tightening and the guest bathroom handle fell off as we were being shown the space.

This is an incredible property. De Waterkant is a fun area and it’s right next to the trendy Bo Kaap neighborhood. Our favorite was walking to Sheckter’s Raw for a light desert after dinner! The house itself is pristine. 3 floors of beauty with the greatest 360 view of Cape Town from the roof. We didn’t use the private plunge pool due to lower temperatures, but it’s a great amenity. We enjoyed the first leg of our honeymoon at this location and would recommend it to anyone looking for a high quality spot.

We had a mixed experience here. The good: The house is beautifully furnished and really well located. The bad: The bedroom doors do not shut properly - they're large sliding doors and have big gaps on the sides - there's pretty much no sound isolation - we could hear each other snoring from the neighbouring bedrooms. Also, the listing is inaccurate - only one of the bathrooms is an ensuite - the other is across the hallway from the bedroom (and also has the issue of non-closing doors). It's a pity because otherwise the house is great!

This place was amazing, staff went above and beyond. I’m a Marriott member and this was my first Airbnb experience. I’m well traveled and will definitely recommend this location to friends. They even welcomed me with a birthday gift. The area was safe and plenty of restaurants for me to choose from close by. The pictures only shows minimal of how gorgeous this place is. I will definitely book this location again when I return to Cape Town.

Die Unterkunft war mehr als perfekt. Das eigenständige Haus besticht vor allem durch seine durchdachte Architektur, wir haben es wirklich geliebt und konnten uns gar nicht satt sehen an den ganzen Details. This was a wonderful place in lovely Waterkant and Nox was extremely helpful and a great host. We really liked the apartment and the fact that it had access to both a wonderful sun-deck as well as a small swimming-pool! Lovely to be there in the late, sunny afternoons and just relax! The area (De Waterkant) is calm and very nice with great restaurants and bars close-by. When going to further places, an Uber is just 2-3 minutes away (and cheap). Nox was very good in communicating and the staff very helpful both during check-in and check-out! We asked for a late (one-hour) check-out which they were very kind to accomodate. All in all: A fantastic apartment, location and host. Strong 5 stars!

We used this place to start our lives together as a married couple, and let me tell you it was well worth it & a beautiful way to enter marriage. We absolutely love the place! Check in and communication was a breeze and the place itself was magical! Street parking was not as bad as we expected, but you do have to make sure there is NOTHING of interest in your car to warrant extra attention. Close to fabulous bars and restaurants although you’d find it hard leaving such a beautiful home!

Absolutely wonderful property, we had such a great time in Cape Town made even more enjoyable staying here. The house is in a great location, a short Uber ride away from the V&A waterfront on the most beautiful, colourful street. Inside, the interior is perfection. Was totally blown away by the whole feel of this gorgeous house. Check in and check out was made so easy by our host, Marco. I left some items at the property by accident and Marco made it very easy for us to come and collect them that same afternoon. Overall, there was nothing that could have improved our time here and when we return, we’ll be sure to stay at Waterkant again.

Thanks so much for a perfect stay, in a perfect space! Truly beautiful design, beautiful space, and beautiful features (mornings on that rooftop are real treat)! Everything is as it looks, location is in the heart of De Waterkant with everything you need (and don't haha!) within walking distance. And the team is an absolute dream team. All very professional and always happy to assist. Big up to Tracy, Emmanuel and Jaco! Things to note, there is no parking which can be a hassle if needed. Second bedroom only has a bath. Couldn't ask for a more luxurious, convenient, and comfortable Airbnb! Enjoy it :)

Best Air B&B I’ve stayed in so far. The location was GREAT !! It tends to get cold in the winter so I would advice that you gear up but overall it was such a great stay. The apartment is clean and spacious with very warm interior making it extremely cozy!! There was somebody who came to clean everyday which was honestly helpful. Highly recommend!!

This place is phenomenal! The location was perfect for activities and nearby food/restaurants/bars. Restaurants were within walking distance. The decor were exactly like the pictures. It was so beautiful, inviting, and comfortable. The area was very quiet. Jaco was extremely hospitable. Communication was easily accessible and clear, no matter the time. He takes the time to show you the property and how to use each equipment. I loved that in both living rooms, there were books a Q code explaining how to use something in the house, suggestive things to do, and services that the host can provide. Overall, this property is a 10/10.

This airbnb had it all - pool, beautiful rooftop terrace, washing machine, Netflix. The one thing to keep in mind is that while there are two bathrooms, only one has a shower. Otherwise this was an excellent place with unbeatable value, location and space!

Sheri’s place is conveniently positioned near the Cape Quarter for your groceries and shopping and some great Restuarant’s in walking distance. The Aparment is extremely stylish and with top quality furniture and decor. A very cool and well priced place. Clean and has all you need to stay in for a dinner or go out. The upper deck has great views and pool level great for outdoor dining. Would love to stay again.

It is a thoughtfully designed space. A lot of attention went into creating a space that says, stay a little longer. We hardly left the house.
