Introducing the Upgraded, Magnum Villa

In 2023 one of our loved 3 bedroom villas, The Falcon, was sold. Under the care of its new owner and Nox Partner, the villa has undergone an incredible transformation. The owner being involved in the Berlin art scene has introduced artistic elements and touches throughout the interior and exterior of the villa. There are three gorgeous pieces done by local artist Ashley Ferreira, the most notable one being the adult-size bear on the swimming pool deck.

There is another gorgeous Bear piece in the dining area, bringing the entire room to life!

There are more artworks featured around the house. 

Drawing inspiration from the iconic TV series Magnum PI, the new owner has infused the space with subtle memorabilia touches as well.

In addition to its newfound artistic flair, the villa has received impressive upgrades that elevate its luxury status. A fourth bedroom has been added, along with a gym for guests to enjoy. The pool area now features a sleek glass balustrade, complemented by a water feature. Enhanced security features provide peace of mind, while a substantial solar installation ensures eco-friendly energy efficiency. The landscaping has also been meticulously curated to create a lush and inviting oasis.
